XULA New Student Orientation

New Student Orientation Schedule

New first-year students who are attending Xavier University of Louisiana in the Fall semester will participate in a two-part New Student Orientation program.

Orientation Part One

For Orientation Part, I, the Division of Student Affairs has created an online experience that will introduce new students to administrators, departments, and resources found at Xavier. Orientation Part I is an ongoing online experience that us currently available and must be completed by August 4. Participating in the online orientation will require a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet capabilities. If you don’t have access to technology resources, let us know by emailing studentservices@holzkonzept.net so we can make alternative arrangements for you.

Orientation Part Two

Orientation Part 2 begins with new student move-in that will take place August 13, along with a weekend of activities for new students and families, followed by Welcome Week for the incoming freshmen class. Please be on the lookout for more information regarding move-in from the Office of Residential Education and an itinerary of events from the Orientation Team. We look forward to officially welcoming you to the campus this fall and look forward to your arrival.
